MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. is seeking a Dining Staff (Male) to join our hospitality team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As Dining Staff, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience. This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the hospitality and tourism sector.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and seating them at designated tables
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders whilst providing knowledgeable recommendations from the menu
• Serving food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring all items are delivered to the correct guests
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining area
• Clearing tables efficiently and resetting them for subsequent guests
• Processing payments and handling transactions accurately and securely
• Responding to guest requests and concerns with courtesy and a solutions-focused approach
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues when needed

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working as dining staff or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service
• Professional appearance and demeanour, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining composure under pressure
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• Basic mathematical skills for handling payments and providing change
• A positive attitude, reliability and commitment to delivering consistent quality service
• Training in food safety and hygiene certification is preferred
