The position is also expected to be hands-on in learning and implementing the company's operational processes and to provide effective coaching, guidance, and field support to outlet personnel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and monitor the daily operations of all company-operated Dine-In Outlets across East NCR, West NCR, South NCR, North NCR, South Provincial, and North Provincial areas.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, operational standards, service standards, and food safety requirements across all Dine-In Outlets.
  • Personally undergo and complete all required company training and operational process training to fully understand the company's Dine-In operations, systems, products, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Develop a strong understanding of the complete end-to-end Dine-In Outlet process and be willing to perform or demonstrate actual procedures when necessary for training, coaching, troubleshooting, or process validation.
  • Supervise, coach, train, and motivate Service Crews and outlet personnel to ensure proper performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor sales performance of each outlet and develop appropriate action plans to achieve sales targets and improve overall outlet performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels, product movement, wastage, and stock availability, and coordinate with Supply Chain/Warehouse teams to ensure adequate product supply.
  • Ensure proper implementation of inventory control, cash handling, documentation, and other operational procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
  • Conduct regular outlet visits, inspections, and operational audits to assess sales, service quality, cleanliness, manpower, inventory, compliance, and overall operational performance.
  • Identify operational issues, customer concerns, manpower challenges, process gaps, and other business risks, and provide timely and practical solutions.
  • Provide hands-on field support and guidance to outlet personnel, including assistance during manpower shortages, operational issues, new outlet openings, and other business requirements.
  • Monitor manpower deployment and ensure proper staffing based on the operational requirements of each outlet.
  • Evaluate the performance of outlet personnel and recommend appropriate coaching, training, recognition, or corrective action when necessary.
  • Ensure that processes learned during training are properly cascaded and consistently implemented by all outlet personnel.
  • Coordinate with HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and other concerned departments to resolve outlet-related concerns and improve overall operations.
  • Prepare and submit regular operational reports covering sales performance, inventory, manpower, audit findings, operational concerns, and recommended action plans.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve outlet processes, customer service, team performance, and overall Dine-In operations.
  • Travel frequently to different Dine-In Outlet locations within NCR and Provincial areas as required by the business.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any 4-year business-related course, preferably Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • With at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in Food Service, Restaurant, Retail, or Multi-Outlet Operations, preferably with at least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.

  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple outlets and priorities simultaneously.
  • Able to work under pressure and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel frequently and conduct regular field visits to Dine-In Outlets across East, West, South, and North NCR, South Provincial, and North Provincial areas.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of identifying operational problems and implementing effective solutions.
