Dining Supervisor

Main Responsibilities

• Operations: Manage daily shift openings and closings; support the Restaurant Manager.
• Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and supervise floor staff.
• Standards: Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and service quality.
• Guest Experience: Deliver warm, attentive service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in restaurant, café, or QSR customer service (supervisory experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Open to flexible shift schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• High school/Senior High graduate (HRM or Culinary background is a plus).

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
