Creative Cuisine Group is a group of restaurants owned and managed by the Dytian siblings, who are recognized professionals in the Philippine culinary industry, particularly in Cebu.

The business started in the year 1991 when Kaffee Alde bakeshop opened, and now we are expanding as we launched other brands and opened the franchise over Visayas and Mindanao.

Position: DINING TEAMLEADER

The Dining Team Leader is responsible for assisting in overseeing daily dining operations to ensure excellent customer service and smooth store performance. This role supports the Dining Supervisor/Manager in achieving sales targets, maintaining service standards, and ensuring team members deliver a delightful and memorable dining experience to every guest.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, or any related course (vocational/college level with relevant experience may also be considered).

·       At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory or team leader capacity.

·       Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, guide, and motivate dining staff.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to resolve concerns in a professional manner.

·       Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

·       Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.

·       Willing to be assigned in any of our Cebu City restaurants and nearby municipalities, including: Paseo Arcenas-Banawa, SM Seaside, Parola Naga, Lahug, Parkmall, Pueblo, Mactan, Parola Danao, Consolacion, Sudlon-Lahug, Il Corso, Parola Cordova, Robinsons Galleria, IT Park, and SM JMall.

Responsibilities

ü  Supervise, guide, and support dining staff during shifts to ensure consistent implementation of service standards.

ü  Monitor dining operations and assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.

ü  Assist in achieving sales targets through upselling and promoting menu items.

ü  Ensure strict compliance with key points of service and company policies.

ü  Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

ü  Assist in staff training, coaching, and performance monitoring.

ü  Coordinate with the kitchen team and management to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.

ü  Oversee table arrangements, seating, and overall dining flow to maximize customer satisfaction.

ü  Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards.

ü  Prepare basic reports and provide feedback to the Dining Supervisor/Manager on staff performance and customer concerns.
