DINING WAITER

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Dining Waiter is responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and professional service to guests while maintaining cleanliness, proper table setup, and service standards. Must strictly follow company policies, SOPs, food safety standards, and instructions from Management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and assist guests professionally.
• Take and accurately record food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly.
• Maintain clean and properly set tables at all times.
• Attend to guest requests and concerns promptly.
• Clear and clean tables and dining areas.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
• Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Handle food, beverages, utensils, and company property responsibly.
• Follow all company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of experience as a Waiter, Dining Staff, or similar position.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Presentable, courteous, hardworking, and disciplined.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions strictly.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a professional attitude.
• Physically fit and willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays.
