Dinner Cinema Lead — Part Time

Location: Jesup, Georgia
Pay: $12–$16 per hour
Hours: 10–30 hours per week
Schedule: Primarily evenings, weekends, and holidays

We’re looking for a dependable leader with mature judgment, patience, and a hands-on approach to help our dinner cinema run smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching younger employees, setting clear expectations, and creating a welcoming experience for customers.

Older adults and retirees are encouraged to apply. We welcome qualified applicants of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team that includes teenage employees, helping them develop strong work habits and customer service skills.
• Train employees on established procedures and consistently reinforce service, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Give clear direction, provide constructive feedback, and hold team members accountable respectfully.
• Help coordinate guest arrivals, check-in, and transitions between movie showings.
• Keep theaters, counters, and service areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Welcome customers, answer questions, and resolve concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Expedite food orders by organizing completed orders on the counter, checking accuracy, and coordinating prompt delivery by team members.
• Keep the team focused and working together during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Sound judgment and a calm, confident approach to leadership.
• Patience and the ability to teach, motivate, and guide younger employees.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Dependability and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to manage several priorities while maintaining established standards.
• Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Previous supervisory, training, hospitality, food service, or retail experience preferred.
