What they need
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant DIP/PCBA manufacturing experience.
- Hands-on experience with DIP, wave soldering, AOI, and PCB assembly processes.
- Good knowledge of soldering defects, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
- Familiar with IPC-A-610 and ESD requirements.
- Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel, formulas, and basic data analysis.
- Able to read BOM, Gerber files, work instructions, and process specifications.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
