What they need
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assist with electronic assembly, PCB handling, basic manual soldering, and wire harness preparation.
- Perform routine continuity checks, functional hardware testing, and basic troubleshooting under senior engineer supervision.
- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) guidelines and safety protocols on the production floor.
- Maintain daily production logs, inspection reports, batch records, and yield sheets.
- Assist in updating Work Instructions (WIs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and verifying Bills of Materials (BOM).
