What they need
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily production and plant maintenance activities.
Monitor equipment performance and support troubleshooting.
Follow safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Maintain production and maintenance records.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth plant operations.
Participate in technical training and continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills:
Basic technical knowledge of the relevant engineering discipline.
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing plant environment.
Commitment to safety, discipline, and quality standards.
Freshers only eligible.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
