What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC machines as per production requirements.
- Perform routine quality inspection and maintain process records.
- Follow ISO, safety, 5S and shop-floor procedures.
- Carry out basic Autonomous Maintenance (AM) of machines.
- Achieve production targets as per cycle time and control rejection.
- Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain housekeeping and discipline on the shop floor.
- Work effectively in shift operations and report to the Shift In-charge.
Preferred candidate profile
Location: Gandhinagar
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Fresher / 01 Year
Retention Bonus: 1,92,500/- retention amount payable over 3 years in the ratio of 30% : 30% : 40%, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
**#**Final-year Diploma Mechanical students may also apply, subject to successful completion of the final examination.
