Role & responsibilities
- Process Execution: Support daily manufacturing activities and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the shop floor.
- Machine Operation: Assist in setting up, operating, and monitoring assembly lines or heavy equipment.
- Quality & Testing: Check raw materials and inspect finished goods to spot any faults or deviations from set standards.
- Troubleshooting: Help diagnose basic equipment malfunctions and report technical issues immediately to shift supervisors.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean workspace using 5S standards and follow factory health and safety rules.
- Record Keeping: Log production data, track output numbers, and help update shift
Preferred candidate profile
Instrumentation Technicians calibrate instruments for optimal performance and accurate quality control readings.
Technicians ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards to protect the companys instrumentation systems.
