Direct Care Professional Senior

Program Description RBHA’s Women’s Residential Treatment (WRTC) provides gender-responsive treatment to individuals enrolled in the program. The overarching goal is to provide holistic personal recovery and wellness. The goal for pregnant women is to coordinate high quality prenatal health care commensurate with need and ensure uncomplicated, drug-free births of infants delivered while their mothers are participating in the residential program. The goal for postpartum and parenting women is to provide assistance in adjusting to parenthood, including bonding with her infant, infant care, interacting with her infant, preparing for infant/child development and parenting training.

Job Summary Lead and mentor peers in the delivery of direct care services to individuals with behavioral health, intellectual, or developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include overseeing shift operations, supporting clinical coordination, and ensuring consistent implementation of treatment plans. Serve as a point person for program activities and contribute to service quality and team development.

• Audit client charts and documentation including progress notes, nursing notes, admission/discharge summaries
• Monitor staff performance through supervision, feedback, coaching, and evaluations
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of residential and programming areas
• Oversee documentation of mandated activities including groups, interventions, shift logs, incident reports, medication administration, and treatment meetings
• Assist and model clinical service delivery
• Coordinate admissions and discharges in consultation with the clinical team
• Maintain recreational calendars and monthly staffing schedules
• Ensure adequate stocking of food, medical supplies, and equipment
• Other duties as assigned
