Responsibilities

• Oversee business development management activities to identify new opportunities, expand market reach, and strengthen client relationships.
• Manage budgets meticulously, including forecasting, financial management, profit and loss analysis, and executive-level budget oversight.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data and implementing innovative solutions for increased productivity.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to craft strategic planning frameworks that support long-term growth and operational stability.
• Supervise senior leadership teams across departments, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Oversee project management efforts ensuring timely delivery of initiatives that support organizational objectives.
• Utilize data-driven decision making to inform strategic management practices and operational analysis.
• Lead operational management efforts by establishing best practices in business operations, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in operational excellence initiatives and large-scale organizational change management.
• Strong background in business development management and strategic planning.
• Expertise in change management methodologies to facilitate smooth transitions during process or structural changes.
• Extensive knowledge of business operations, financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and profit/loss analysis.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership in executive-level team management and supervision of diverse teams.
• Skilled in project management techniques with a focus on process improvement and operational analysis.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions that align with strategic objectives while managing risk effectively.
• Experience in program management, operational management, and large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on motivating teams, managing budgets at an executive level, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Pay: $97,894.20 - $117,894.09 per year
