Duties

• Follow Plan of Service to support consumers with behavioral challenges.
• Document care activities using Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and communication among care teams.
• Complete all required trainings within 30 days of hire.

Skills

• Knowledge of home & community care practices
• Ability to perform first aid and respond effectively in emergency situations
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges
• Familiarity with behavior management strategies
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with consumers, families, and team members
• Ability to operate EVV systems efficiently for documentation purposes
• Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $17.13 per hour
