Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution and operations of direct display campaigns, including insertion orders, contracts, and vendor setup.
• Traffic and QA ad tags in **CM360**, following naming conventions and third-party tagging requirements.
• Monitor campaign delivery, flight dates, and spend; flag underdelivery or discrepancies and coordinate resolution with media buyers and publishers.
• Support monthly campaign actualization, reconciliation, and billing, including invoice tracking and submission.
• Partner with BI teams to resolve data, naming, and reporting issues; compile performance reports and communicate delivery updates, learnings, and progress to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with **CM360 or similar ad servers**.
• Experience with **direct publisher deals**, vendor setup, contracts, and insertion orders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with campaign trafficking, QA, delivery monitoring, reconciliation, and billing processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a cross-functional marketing team.
