MeetMinded is a fast growing startup based in Slovenia, that help turn strangers into friends. Thousands of people attend our local meetups every week - in major cities across the US, UK, Canada and beyond.

We’re looking for someone who’s not just looking for a job, but wants to be part of a story that pushes what’s possible.

We're looking for a Direct Response Copywriter who can make words do real work. You'll write the emails that land in our members' inboxes and the landing pages that turn visitors into members — all in English, all in a voice that feels warm, human, and unmistakably us. We're an AI-first team, and that includes writing. We want someone who uses AI to draft, test, and iterate faster, then brings the taste and judgement that makes copy actually land.

We're headquartered in Ljubljana city centre and the team works on-site. Our team is international and English is our first office language.

We trust good instincts and use data to pressure-test our thinking, not replace it. We hold ourselves to a high bar because we genuinely believe we're building something that can be the best in its space.

What you'll be doing:

• Writing emails that people actually want to open and click

• Writing and iterating on new landing pages that convert

• Keeping everything in a consistent, warm, on-brand voice

• Working closely with marketing and design to ship copy that performs

• Using AI to draft and test faster, then sharpening it with real craft

• Testing headlines, hooks, and CTAs, and learning from what works

What we expect:

• Native-level written English — this role is all about the words

• A portfolio of copy that shows range: emails, landing pages, and more

• A strong feel for voice, rhythm, and persuasion

• Understanding of how copy drives conversion, not just how it reads

• AI-first approach: you already write with AI and want to push it further

• Self-starter mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do

• Comfortable working fast and iterating often

• Willingness to work from our office in Ljubljana
