Direct Sales Executive

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote products and services.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Organize various promotions for customers and participate in booths to publicize the company’s products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communication, Management, Finance, Hospitality, International Relations, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
