Direct Sales Executive

About the role

Develop customers and convert sales opportunities into bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for freight forwarding, logistics, and warehousing services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements to clients.
• Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Conduct regular visits to customers and potential clients to understand their logistics needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to propose effective sales strategies.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.
• Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
• Support marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activities when required.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• At least 1 year in sales, preferably in logistics / freight forwarding
• Sales & negotiation skills
• Communication and relationship building
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
