Role & responsibilities
Target Achievement
- Drive sales and achieve targets by building relationship with Existing Customers & exploring Cross Selling / Reference Selling opportunities.
- Ensure Renewal is collected to keep every policy live.
Sales Process Management
- Tracking & diligently working on assigned customer base with end-to-end lead management & servicing the customers.
- Generating References through every customer interaction
Preferred candidate profile
- 0-4 years In Insurance / Banking / Finance in Direct Sales.
- Direct Vertical experience mandatory
- Graduates / MBAs of formal education is desirable.
