Direct Sales Executive

About the Role

Join TENSHO Marketing and gain practical experience in face-to-face sales, customer engagement and brand campaigns.

You’ll work directly with customers, learn how to understand their needs, communicate confidently and represent our clients professionally. No prior sales experience is required — structured training and coaching will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage prospective customers through face-to-face outreach

* Represent our clients across events, roadshows and marketing campaigns

* Present products, services and campaign information clearly

* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

* Work towards individual and team campaign objectives

* Develop your communication, presentation and sales skills

* Apply coaching and feedback to continuously improve your performance
