Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture Top MDRT, COT, TOT & high-performing Advisors for business growth and retention.
• Drive sales, servicing, advisor engagement and productivity.
• Acquire new high-potential advisors, with 40% focus on onboarding Top Advisors.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective advisors.
• Achieve business targets through effective sales planning and advisor activation.
• Ensure consistent performance, customer servicing and compliance.

Eligibility

• Maximum Age: 52 Years
• Experience: Minimum 6+ years in Life Insurance Sales.
• Last YTD Business Achievement: Minimum 40 Lakhs.
• Strong track record of handling MDRT/COT/TOT & high-performing advisors.
• Excellent communication, relationship management and sales skills.

Ideal Candidate: A proven Life Insurance Sales professional with a strong advisor network and demonstrated ability to manage and grow a high-value advisor portfolio.
