Role & responsibilities

Advisor Recruitment & Onboarding

• Source and recruit independent insurance advisors/agents through various channels.

• Conduct interviews, onboarding sessions, and licensing coordination.

• Ensure timely documentation and compliance as per company guidelines.

• Drive sales targets through active advisor engagement and support.

• Plan and execute sales strategies for monthly/quarterly business achievement.

• Support advisors in lead generation, client meetings, and closing sales.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence, motivate, and manage a team of advisors.
• Sales-driven mindset with target orientation.
• Good knowledge of insurance products and BFSI market (preferred).
• Problem-solving and customer engagement skills.
