Tugas Pokok dan Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan Direct Sales :
Melakukan direct selling terhadap walk in customer maupun prospek customer dari sales developer.
Membangun hubungan yang baik dengan sales developer.
Melakukan proses pengumpulan data pengajuan kredit dari sales developer/calon debitur.
Menyerahkan berkas aplikasi ke unit processing.
Memantau proses aplikasi hingga disbursement.
Membantu penyelesaian pertanyaan atau keluhan yang diajukan oleh konsumen.
Melakukan administrasi terhadap seluruh aplikasi yang diterima (database customer on process, approve, disburse, non-conforming).
Memastikan marketing collateral credit consumer sudah ada dan terpasang dengan kondisi baik dan terlihat jelas di developer kelolaan.
