About the Role

We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our direct door-to-door sales team in Cardiff.

This is a field-based sales position where you will speak directly with customers at their homes, introduce them to our products and services, answer questions, and help them choose the most suitable option.

The role is 100% commission-based, meaning earnings are directly linked to your sales performance. There is no fixed salary, but the earning potential is uncapped for successful sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct direct door-to-door sales across assigned areas in Cardiff.
• Approach and engage customers professionally at their homes.
• Explain products and services clearly and accurately.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Handle questions and objections confidently.
• Complete sales accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach when representing the company.
• Work towards individual sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking with people face-to-face.
• A motivated and self-driven approach to work.
• Ability to work independently while following company processes.
• Comfortable working outdoors and travelling within the assigned area.
• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential, as training may be provided.
