D2D Sales Rep — AT&T Authorized Dealer | Miami

Sunshine Coast Sales is hiring outside sales reps to sell AT&T Fiber Internet, Wireless, and DIRECTV door-to-door. 100% commission, 1099 independent contractor — uncapped income, no ceiling on what you can earn.

Realistic annual earnings: $50,000–$150,000+, depending on effort and close rate. This isn't a part-time side gig number — reps who show up consistently and can actually sell are in that range. Top performers in this industry go well beyond it. There is no cap on your commission, ever.

We pay above industry-standard commission rates — full structure covered when we talk.

We need someone who can actually sell — and who's bilingual. Our territory is heavily Spanish-speaking. If you can pitch confidently in Spanish and English, you have a real advantage here — you can close doors nobody else on our team can.

What we're looking for:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) — strongly preferred for this territory
• Self-motivated — nobody's clocking you in, you run your own day
• Comfortable with rejection and consistent effort
• Reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check (required for licensing — we walk you through the whole process)
