Direct Sales Representative

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume.
• Conduct cold calls, meetings, and presentations to pitch life insurance products to potential customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in B2B sales, direct sales, or insurance sales.
• Strong understanding of life insurance industry trends and products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
