Direct Sales Support

Assisting the sales department achieving their goals. Preparing periodic statistics to the Supervisor and manager Preparing necessary contracts and hand them to the Direct Sales Officers for completion To send, receive, and follow up on all kinds of correspondences related to the department in a fast manner To keep files and documents in a safe place in order to be able to return to them in an efficient way To use electronic communication machines such as; Fax, e-mail etc to make it easier to distribute the mail to all involved parties. To record all team sales and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and send them to direct supervisor and manager. To follow up and assure the availability of all necessary forms to continue the daily work task Carry / Handle efficiently Custody items, Keys as per Custodian matrix & relevant P&P Handle Customer requests / inquiries in a professional manner Track, monitor and improve the TATs Facilitate and coordinate on behalf sales team related activities with other departments Assists in tracking, improving, monitoring SLAs between sales channel and all operating Departments Resolve work related problems & prepare progress reports Carry out any task requested by D.S support, control and Governance Manager Handling all administrative work in the department. abide by all required policies and procedures and to be vigilant to apply all necessary controls

Desired Candidate Profile

• University degree in Business Administration or financial sciences from are put able university.
• 0-1 year of experience in related role.
• Obtained a training course in banking basics
• Good in English & fluent
• Total knowledge of bank s products & services
• Computer& different system applications skills
• Flexibility & amiability
• Teamwork spirit
