Already leading a direct sales team — or ready to build one?

KPSC is looking for experienced direct sales professionals and team leaders who want more control over their production and the opportunity to build a growing organization.

We’re looking for people with experience in door-to-door, energy, telecom, retail, events, or other face-to-face sales who understand what it takes to recruit, sell, train, and develop people.

What You’ll Do

• Build and develop your own sales team
• Recruit and train new representatives
• Lead from the field and set the pace through your own production
• Personally sell while growing your organization
• Develop consistent producers and future leaders

What We’re Looking For

• Direct sales experience
• Leadership or team-building experience preferred
• Competitive, motivated, and comfortable with rejection
• Someone who wants to build, not just work another sales job

1099 / Performance-Based Compensation
