Direct Sales Team Manager

About the role

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies while managing performance to achieve business objectives. Manage and expand Direct Sales Channels business portfolio including bank products and SCBX group companies. Coordinate with internal and external units to support business growth and risk management. Develop and manage teams, promote staff potential and career advancement. Oversee operations in compliance with SCB standards, regulations and values as a Brand Ambassador of the organisation.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in financial institution business
• Leadership capability and knowledge of sales business, SME/SSME products and micro business
• Strong team management, communication and presentation skills
• Analytical thinking, proactive work approach, strong problem-solving ability and ability to work effectively under pressure
