Charismatic Advocacy & Support Services in Panama City, FL is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Service Provider to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs in daily living activities
• Assist clients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Implement individualized support plans and document progress accurately
• Transport clients to appointments, community outings, and activities as needed
• Advocate for clients' rights, dignity, and overall well-being
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members
• Respond appropriately to behavioral support needs and crisis situations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in direct care, caregiving, or human services preferred
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background screening and drug test
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and client-centered approach
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends
