The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized Direct Supply Assistant to join our Supply Chain & Planning group.

In this role, you will work closely and support our Direct Supply Supervisor. You will play a vital part in facilitating day-to-day operations across two key pillars: Direct Exports (handling orders, invoices, and international logistics) and Logistics (importing, placing orders to factories, coordinating production arrangements, and exporting from our warehouse).

This position involves regular communication with our headquarters in Japan and international customers across the South East Europe region.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• Education: University Degree on relevant subject.

• Experience:

  Work experience is

  NOT

  required; young graduates are welcome.

• Languages: Greek and fluency in English (written and verbal) are mandatory for daily communication with our headquarters in Japan and international customers. Japanese language skills is a plus.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) is mandatory.

• Soft Skills: Attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Motivation, reliability, and eagerness to learn . Excellent intercultural communication skills are essential to build strong relationships with both internal teams in Japan and external clients across Europe.
