Full-Time & Part-Time: $18.00–$25.12/hr

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll do more than just provide support to individuals with disabilities. Qualifications Must Be At Least 18 Years Old. Valid New York State driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to pass a background check.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to bend, twist, kneel, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion Pay & Benefits Shift differentials for weekends and overnights.

Paid time off after 90 days.

DSP Apprenticeship Program – earn up to 35 college credits for free.
