Now Hiring: Direct Support Professional (DSP/CMT) – $21.50/hr

Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) with a current CMT certification to provide support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the community.

In this role, you will assist individuals with daily living skills, community integration, social development, and overall support needs while promoting independence and a positive quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Provide companionship, supervision, and direct support

Assist with independent living and daily living skills

Support community outings, appointments, and activities

Teach and model positive socialization skills

Maintain accurate electronic documentation

Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals supported

Transport and accompany individuals as needed

Requirements

Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification required

Valid driver’s license required

Reliable transportation preferred

Availability to work Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
