- Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, memory care strategies, and experience supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental or intellectual disabilities is preferred.
- Familiarity with patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts and patient personal care assistance is essential.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications like medication administration or hospice care are a plus.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with clients respectfully and documenting interactions accurately.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends as needed; a genuine passion for caregiving and supporting individuals with disabilities or aging needs is essential.
Join us in making a positive impact on lives every day! We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where your dedication helps create a caring community for all residents.
