Direct Support Professional

Overview

Divine Solutions Healthcare LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in Northeast Ohio.

DSPs will provide person-centered support to individuals while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life. Responsibilities may include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, supporting community participation, assisting with meals and light household tasks, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating effectively with clients, families, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support based on each client’s needs and established service plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living and other assigned support needs.
• Promote independence, dignity, choice, and community participation.
• Provide companionship and encourage meaningful daily activities.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Provide transportation assistance for approved appointments and community activities, when applicable.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, supervisors, and members of the care team.
• Follow company policies, procedures, confidentiality requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Report changes in a client’s condition or needs to the appropriate supervisor.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
