We are currently hiring Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN Direct Support Professionals with opportunities for overtime and flexible scheduling.

Schedule & Shift Availability

We offer a variety of shifts based on the needs of the individuals we support:

• Day Shifts
• Evening Shifts
• Overnight Shifts
• Weekends & Holidays
• Variable hours with consistent opportunities for extra time

Key Responsibilities

As a DSP, you will play an essential role in supporting individuals in their daily lives. Duties include:

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
• Preparing meals and supporting healthy routines
• Medication administration and documentation
• Transporting individuals to:
• Doctor appointments
• Day programs
• Community and social events
• Maintaining a clean and safe home environment
• Ensuring cleanliness of company vehicles
• Communicating concerns to supervisors and administrative staff as needed
• Complete daily electronic documentation

Qualifications

Applicants must have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License (or willingness to obtain one)
• A caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

No college degree required.
