Job description:
D&S Community Services, a Sevita company, is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Knoxville. You'll help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live full, independent lives.
What You'll Do
- Help with daily living, including personal hygiene
- Support goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Help individuals join community activities they enjoy
- Support people with behavioral and complex needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- A registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Patient, compassionate, and reliable
- Preferred: 6 months of direct care or caregiving experience
