Location: In-Person | Starting Pay: $18.00/hr + Shift differential

Position Overview:

We are seeking caring, reliable, and supportive individuals to assist our IDD residents with daily living tasks and help them thrive in a comfortable, home-like environment and to insure they have fun while living with us.

Requirements:

· Must be caring, supportive, and reliable

· Ability to pass a fingerprint background check

· Must be able to perform a two-person lift (up to 175 lbs)

· Physical exam and TB test required

· First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist residents with hygiene, dressing, and other daily care needs

· Provide behavior redirection and support when necessary

· Teach and support independent living skills

· Perform household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and organizing

· Administer daily medications

· Assist with transportation to medical appointments when needed

· Complete daily charting and documentation accurately

Schedule:

· Full-Time Graveyard and Split Shifts (Night shift differential included)

· Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

· Other shifts (Split Shifts) {6a-9a}- {3p-8p}

Pay & Benefits:

· Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

· Night and Split Shift Differential Pay
