As a DSP, you'll do more than provide care—you'll empower individuals to build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve greater independence. Every day brings new opportunities to encourage personal growth, celebrate successes, and create lasting relationships.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, person-centered support based on each individual's unique goals and needs.
• Assist individuals in developing and maintaining daily living skills.
• Support participation in community outings, recreational activities, and educational opportunities.
• Encourage independence while promoting choice, dignity, and self-advocacy.
• Help individuals build meaningful relationships and actively participate in their community.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive home environment.
• Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with the support team.

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Comfortable using technology for documentation and communication.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred, but a compassionate attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must be available to participate in a rotating weekend schedule.

Current Open Shifts-Full and Part Time

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
