Direct Support Professional

CCSI is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide personalized support and assistance to individuals with diverse needs—including autism, memory care requirements, and other developmental challenges—helping them thrive and live independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Living Support: Assist clients with personal hygiene, meal preparation (may include specialized diets), and medication management.
• Care Plan Execution: Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Companionship & Emotional Support: Provide genuine emotional encouragement and social engagement to boost well-being.
• Community Integration: Support clients in participating in social activities and community events to foster independence.
• Health & Safety Monitoring: Keep track of clients' health and behavior, promptly reporting any changes, and maintain a safe, clean living environment with light housekeeping.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

• Experience: Previous background in human services, caregiving, or a related field providing direct care.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Practical Skills: Ability to cook nutritious meals that cater to specific dietary requirements.
• Personality: A patient, empathetic, and positive approach toward caregiving.

Job Openings

CLA 604- This position consists of 5 hour shifts every other weekend.

CLA 1945- This position consists of every Thursday and every other weekend. An average of 23.13 hours per week..

CLA 1381- This position consists of evening shifts throughout the week and morning shift every other weekend. An average of 22 hours a week.

CLA 1381- This position consists of 8 hour evening shifts every other weekend.

CLA 1060- The positions consists of two 6 hour shifts every other weekend.

CLA 611- This position consists of evening shifts throughout the week and morning shift every other weekend. An average of 22 hours a week.
