Position Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and self-administration of medications.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance overall well-being and quality of life.
• Follow and implement individualized support plans that promote independence and personal growth.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Encourage and support participation in social, recreational, and community activities.
• Monitor health and behavioral changes and communicate concerns to appropriate team members.
• Provide assistance with mobility and transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships.
• Commitment to confidentiality and respect for individual dignity.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Monday through Friday, Hours range from 7am-3:30pm
