Direct Support Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team! Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday shifts available. Minimum of 15 hours a week with the possibility of up to 40 hours. We also offer longevity add-on pay for experienced candidates who have completed their competency-based training.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to adult individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and procedures
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed
• Assist with laundry and housekeeping
• Use company vehicle to provide transportation for individuals to church, activities, and community outings
• Support individuals in developing and maintaining social skills and relationships
• Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals under your care
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and support provided

All required training will be provided.

Requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Hold a valid driver's license
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be able to pass a pre-employment background check

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
