Job Overview

We provide Community Engagement and Community Coaching services that empower individuals with intellectual disabilities to actively participate in their communities. Our hours of operation are 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, and we are open 7 days a week.

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. This role is vital in helping individuals access community resources, build meaningful connections, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals participating in community activities based on individualized plans and schedules
• Support individuals in working toward personal goals and increased independence
• Facilitate effective communication between individuals, families, and healthcare providers as needed
• Provide safe and reliable transportation to community activities
• Observe, document, and maintain accurate records of individual progress
• Report any changes in behavior, health, or support needs in a timely manner

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to transport individuals
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Clear oral and written communication skills
