We are looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join a fun and energetic home supporting residents in Buffalo.

Starting Pay:

• $20–$22.00/hour
• +$2/hour on weekends
• Shifts: 9AM- 3PM, 3 PM–9 PM, ON (asleep)
• Every other weekend with a variety of weekend shifts available

• Supporting residents with personal cares and daily living activities
• Encouraging independence and helping residents build skills
• Providing transportation in a company vehicle
• Supporting community involvement and outings
• Helping residents pursue their interests and live their best life
• Creating a positive, fun, and supportive home environment
