Direct Support Professional

Apollo Health Group is seeking a new staff to work with an adult female consumer in Thonotosassa zip: 33592. The consumer requires assistance with ADLs and goals related to their Support Plan including house cleaning the areas she uses. This consumer will receive 20 hours per week in services. The schedule could be Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday 10am-3pm. Further details will be discussed during the initial interview.

Apollo Health Group is a licensed Medicaid Waiver Services provider of Personal Support and other caregiving services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Tampa Bay Area. We are searching for friendly, motivated, and caring individuals for in-home care services as soon as possible. Workers will be contracted as 1099 Independent Contractors. Schedules may vary depending on client's ongoing needs.

Requirements:

-HS Diploma/GED or equivalent

-Valid Driver's License with clean record (no more than 3 moving violations within the last 5 years)

-Reliable car with car insurance

-CPR

-BLS/First Aid

-Must pass a level 2 background screening
