Direct Support Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professional, supporting clients on their daily living activities and promoting their well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving and/or housekeeping.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families
• Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful
• High school diploma or equivalent

Requirements:

• Active ID/Driver's License
• Proof of Residency (2 yrs and above living in PA)
• TB Test Results
• Physical (Stating proof that you are free of communicable diseases)
• CPR/Training Certificate
• ODP Trainings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $21.00 per hour
