LCD Agency Services is hiring dependable, compassionate, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in the Trenton, Ohio area!

We are looking for individuals who are ready to make a positive difference by providing person-centered support, promoting independence, and helping individuals achieve their personal goals.

Available Shifts

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Awake Shift)
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Awake Overnight Shift)

Please note: Both positions are awake shifts. Staff are expected to remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout their scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support with daily living activities and individual needs.
• Promote independence, dignity, respect, and personal choice.
• Follow each individual's service plan and established routines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Communicate professionally with team members and management.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Dependable, responsible, and compassionate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Willingness to complete required training and background checks.
• Previous experience in direct care is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are important!

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
