Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a full-time, consistent Mon-Fri evening schedule. This role is best suited for someone who has experience supporting vulnerable adults or individuals with mental illness and is confident providing hands-on, community-based support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide transportation to work, appointments, and community activities
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe home
• Support grocery shopping and ensure individuals have essential supplies
• Provide direct support to individuals with mental health needs and minor disabilities
• Encourage independence, structure, and daily routines
• Build positive, respectful, and supportive relationships
• Complete required documentation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or mental illness is highly valued and will be prioritized in hiring
• Comfortable providing community-based support and transportation
• Reliable, consistent, and punctual
• Compassionate, patient, and emotionally aware

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday, 4:00 P.M .- 12:00 A.M.
• Consistent, set schedule
