Requirements:

· Valid Ohio driver’s license with less than 4 points

· Valid car insurance

· Own reliable vehicle (we reimburse $.68 per mile)

· BCI Criminal Background Check without any exclusions as it pertains to working with DODD & other contracted agencies.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

Referral Bonus of $350 for employees whom refer someone that works 90 days
