Skillset is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, dependable people to join our team in Osage County, Missouri. We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with special needs in their homes and communities.

About the role

As a member of the Skillset team, you will provide compassionate support that helps individuals build daily living skills, participate in community activities, and live more independently.

Whether you have experience in caregiving or are just beginning your career, we provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Typical schedule

• Schedules depend on individual needs
• Weekends: hours may vary based on family needs
• Additional hours may be available as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license in good standing (Class E required; company pays for upgrade)
• Reliable, insured vehicle
• Ability to pass background checks
• Internet access and basic computer skills

Starting pay

$16.00/hour
